Eezzebuild Best Sales Pitch Competition – Nationwide Drive

  1. The Eezzebuild Best Sales Pitch Competition is open to all interested participants nationwide.
  2. The competition will officially take place at Eezzebuild Gaborone Branch on 9th of May 2026, Palapye Branch on 16th May 2026 and Francistown Branch on 23rd May 2026.
  3. Prizes
    The competition prizes shall be awarded as follows:

    First Prize: P500 Voucher together with an on-the-spot offer letter.
    Second Prize: P250 Voucher.
  4. All participants must submit their entries by 28th April 2026 latest to hr@eezzebuild.co.bw. Late entries will not be considered.
  5. Entries must include the following:
    • Participant's resume/CV
    • Any other supporting information the applicant believes may strengthen their entry
    • Motivational Letter
  6. The competition is designed to identify individuals with strong sales talent, confidence, communication ability, and persuasion skills.
  7. Participants will be required to present their sales pitch live in person during the competition event.
  8. The judging panel will assess entries based on:
    • Confidence and presentation style
    • Clarity of communication
    • Persuasiveness of the pitch
    • Creativity and originality
    • Overall sales potential and suitability for the role
  9. Submission of an entry does not automatically guarantee employment.
  10. Winners or shortlisted candidates may be considered for an on-the-spot offer letter, subject to Eezzebuild's internal recruitment checks, interview process, final management approval, with the joining date to be confirmed once all necessary formalities have been completed.
  11. Eezzebuild reserves the right to:
    • Shortlist entries at its own discretion
    • Verify participant details
    • Reject incomplete or inappropriate entries
    • Amend the competition format where necessary
    • Withhold any offer if a participant does not meet the company's hiring requirements
  12. By entering the competition, participants grant Eezzebuild permission to use their name, image, video, or performance clips for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes related to the competition, unless otherwise stated in writing by the participant.
  13. Any travel, accommodation, or personal costs incurred in attending the event shall be for the participant's own account unless otherwise communicated by Eezzebuild.
  14. Eezzebuild's decision regarding shortlisting, judging, and selection of winners shall be final and binding.
  15. Eezzebuild reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances require.
  16. By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
